Ia Atterholm Agency/ICBS
is representing foreign publishers and agents in Scandinavia and Scandinavian
authors worldwide.
The agency was founded in 2001 by Ia Atterholm, who has extensive experience
from the publishing industry in Sweden and the other Scandinavian countries.
Ia spent seven years as editor-in-chief with a leading Swedish publisher.
Her background also includes seven years as a children's book editor and
freelance editorial work, including translations.
As of July 1st 2005, the former Danish based agency ICBS (founded by Virginia
Allen Jensen) is run by Ia Atterholm, sharing the same
office in central Malmö.
